My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative points. On the bright side, the room had a gorgeous view of the reservoir and Philly skyline, which was just perfect for me. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and there was an issue with a mouse. On the service side, the staff was kind enough to issue us coupons for our whole stay and maintained a friendly and professional attitude. The location was very convenient for the event we attended at The Mann but lacked nearby restaurant options and was farther from the airport than we'd prefer. The dining experience was on the good side, with some tasty options like mini donuts, but could have had more variety. The facilities provided were satisfactory, and overall, the value for money was reasonable despite some minor setbacks.
I was happy with the hotel's location and how close it was to the elevator as I requested, but the fitness center, though advertised as 'state of the art,' had limited equipment. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being courteous while others were unprofessional. The hotel's pairing with a steakhouse was a highlight, but the lack of nearby lunch options was disappointing.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, offering excellent accommodations not far from many locations in the Philly area. The rooms, for the most part, were clean, but I noticed some fingerprints and dirt on the floors. The service was excellent, extending from valet to check-in and check-out. The location, while convenient to the event, was a bit farther away from the airport than I would prefer, and the absence of a shuttle service was a letdown. Dining was good, with timely delivery, but no specific standout dishes. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Philly.
